my.ucsc.edu, signing in... please help!

<p>I can't log onto this junk. I have an ID, but I don't think I was provided a password, and their "help" link is B r o k e n. I tried a few weeks ago in the hopes they might fix it but they didn't. </p>

<p>Was anyone able to sign in? Did they mail you your password?</p>

<p>yes, i could sign in you have to contact the help desk and ask them to send you a password and then from there you can fill out your SIR.</p>
