<p>I state in my essay that the reason I want to attend Swarthmore is because of its excellent Japanese course offerings, although as of now I don't intend to major in Asian Studies (since I don't know that much about it yet). This really is Swarthmore's main attraction to me (that, and the fact that it offers a fan culture class). Is my reason good enough? Should I incorporate more reasons in my essay?</p>

<p>Yup, I agree with Forgetmenots. You must like other things other than their Japanese classes if you'd want to spend four years there, because the majority of those four years would have nothing to do with Japanese...</p>
