<p>No you do not just make your counselor sign it. There are income guidelines associated with the fee waiver and the counselor must confirm that you meet those guidelines. However, keep in mind that it is up to the particular college as to whether or not they are going to accept the fee waiver from the NACAC (while many do there are many that do not)</p>
<p>After everything is confirmed do we just mail in the form. Also I already submitted the app online is that okay.</p>
<p>Make sure to double check with some college as some explicity state that they only take the college board fee waiver (making the NACAC fee waiver useless). If the college takes the NACAC fee waiver, you just mail it in after it has been signed and stamped by the GC.</p>
