NACLO 2019

Hey, this is a new thread for people who competed in the North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad in 2019.

How’d you guys do?

I think I bombed. :frowning:

I was really shook! I’d only solved around 4 problems with 30 minutes left. I decided to tackle the 20 point problem and began to make tons of assumptions, desperate to get any progress as time began to run out. I thought of the most NACLO-like way a problem could be written, and somehow the stars aligned and I ended up getting the problem with 10 minutes left to spare. xD

@mariapluto how many problems did you attempt to solve?

Anybody here made ILO? How are you preparing? Any books or courses that will help?
