National Achievement Scholarship at USC

<p>I am a National Achievement finalist and was wondering if I can get the Presidential Scholarship. I asked some of the financial aid people about this when I visited USC and they said "yes," but they were not 100% sure.</p>

<p>This is the third forum I have started a thread on about this. </p>
