<p>This scholarship is offered for OOS students only. Did anybody with the ACT score of 27 or less get offered with this scholarship for Fall 2012 yet?</p>
<p>The website says you have to have a 28. I’ve seen colleges loosen up on class rank (maybe because not all high schools are equal), but not ACT requirements</p>
