I’m a US citizen living outside of the US right now and was wondering if the National Buckeye Scholarship could also be competed for by US citizens outside of the US, or is it just for non-ohio residents living in the US? This is probably a silly question because of the fact the word, “National” is in the scholarship, but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks in advance!
