<p>My friend has received a notification of her finalist standing today, but other semifinalists have not received their notification. Does that mean that they are not finalists?</p>
<p>I'm pretty sure everybody doesn't receive them at the same time. I got my Achievement finalist letter sometime last week. But depending on where you live or which one you are waiting for it could be longer.</p>
