I haven’t yet, and I’m dying a little! However, I was under the impression that the schools received letters on February 2nd, while it seems that that’s the date they are mailed, so we should be hearing in the next couple days, yeah?

From website:
letters MAILED to schools on 2/2
letters MAILED to homes on 2/9

hang in there, won’t be long. but, in case you haven’t seen it - people who didn’t make it to finalist have been getting letters (about 2 weeks ago).

fingers crossed no one has a glitch, and those who haven’t heard yet are hopefully IN.

jilliant11, the waiting is killing me too!

I think everyone is right in saying that if we haven’t received any notification yet, we’ve probably made it, but i just can’t wait to see the finalist letter myself!

Hoosier…I’ve seen your stats (on our “state uni” board ) - nothing to worry about!!! But I totally understand your not believing until it’s here. So I won’t congratulate you yet.

I went this morning and talked to my principal and he had just received the letter/certificate in the mail this morning. I think they send notification to us next week… :)

My son just got a call from the principal saying that he’ll just opened the NMF certificate. Woohoo! Praise God!! We’re in Kansas. Good luck to each of you.

Most SMs get advanced to finalist standing (about 90%), so the ones who didn’t make it are probably people who didn’t fill out an application or had a record of misconduct reported by their GC, etc.

Thanks for all the congrats…
I live in North Georgia so the letters have made it this far as of yet… I’m sure everyone else’s letters are on the way! fingers crossed
