National Merit full rides - does that include dorms?

<p>I was just researching the National Merit Scholarship specifically at Texas A&M University but also at other colleges.</p>

<p>When a student is award the scholarship, I understand that covers tuition and fees. Do any college scholarships provide for housing, food, or books?</p>
