<p>I called NM for the last day I can list my first choice college, and they said may 31, but some colleges may have their own deadlines.
When's the last day I can list UNC as my first choice college and still be able to receive the 1k-2k through UNC?</p>

<p>National Merit just called me and said that the last date to notify sponsor colleges is april 28. UNC’s on the sponsor list, so I guess it’s the 28th.

<p>Even when I wasn’t sure I’d come to UNC, I submitted it as my “first choice” regardless because my other schools didn’t sponsor scholarships. Unless your other schools have financial offers for NMFs, I would recommend doing the same…
