<p>I posted this in the scholarship area, but no one responded.... :( </p>

<p>I'm a National Merit Finalist (not an awardee) who's planning on attending Duke (Class of 2016!), but I forgot forgot to report my college choices way back when NM Finalists were notified. But I received a letter today that says that college sponsored scholarships are still being offered! According to the letter, I have to report my college choice to NMSC by May 31st. How do I do so?</p>

<p>Here. Fill and Fax it, wait for a couple days, call them and verify the school has been updated in their system. That is all.</p>
