Naval Academy Chances (Current Active Duty Enlisted)

So I have been losing sleep over my candidate file ever since I finished everything up in early December. I was told that I needed to go to the Character Review Committee for an arrest seven years ago, and I believe it should not be a problem (according to ETCS Maxwell, Enlisted Admissions Counselor) Just to clear some stuff up, can someone look over my credentials and let me know how I stack up for NAPS or potential direct appointment? (I am personally leaning towards a NAPS or denial at this point)

So I have a few good strengths and a few weaknesses (mainly my choice of classes and GPAs, along with the arrest) but I am hoping to get into NAPS if anything, what is your view of this?

Would Naval Academy favor applicants on active duty over civilian applicants? If so, the Naval Academy might be reachable.

We are a different breed. On some level (one that I am unsure about) our success as enlisted is very valuable to the SAs. NAPS is designed to help enlisted get back into the college mindset, but statistics show that it has been used for recruited athletes and minorities more lately. I had a bad pre-navy course of study and didn’t really try, but after I joined I was fairly successful.
