NBA Playoffs

Folklife. He can’t really blend in being that tall and he is a genuinely nice guy. Timmy is adorably sweet from what I hear (never really had much of a chance to meet him) but Manu only talks to the girls and ignores the real fans.

Horry came to my elementary but I was like 8 and only knew I should cheer for anything Spurs related. Still, I think Horry and Bowen were the ones you always heard about going to elementary schools and all that. Duncan was the only other one out of the big 3 you’d see at schools also.

Duncan is like a model player. Consistent, fundamentally sound except at free throws, does the service, speaks articulately and is a cool guy.

Yep, it’s why everyone has his jersey.

I don’t care about Bruce Bowen. It was fun (him vs. Kobe) while it lasted.

Lakers looking to close out tonight, but I have a feeling that this is going to a game 7. I hope I’m wrong.

pauuuuuuuu gasooooooollllllll

Lakers won, they move on.

Clutch Kobe with the ingenious bounce pass off the rim for the win

lakers in 6

bynum and williams both hurt

Lakers in the Semifinals 3-0
Today game against Utah Jazz
score 61- 48

Wish the Lakers and Magic series went longer, I mean very little drama. And I’m glad that the Suns swept the Spurs, mainly because who knows what else Steve Nash would have broken or busted up lol.

Lakers in 5 against PHX

Dang… Right now: Celtics 3 wins. Cavs 2 wins.

I think the Lakers vs Celtics (again) in finals. LeBron just doesn’t have a tight team like the Celtics.

Celtics aren’t making it through the Magic

I’m praying that the Cavs don’t make it past the Celtics. A Lakers vs Celtics final would be ideal but I don’t exactly foresee them getting through the Magic easily, either.

For those who watched the game, in what ways was James terrible? 15 points on 14 shots, 6 assists, 7 rebounds (or the opposite, whichever)… doesn’t look apocalyptic…

I think it was because he really did not care about the outcome of the game. And it was his 2nd worst shooting percentage of his career I think, or maybe postseason career (3-14). When you have the worst home playoff loss in team history and your superstar stinks up the joint, there’s cause for concern. He was extremely passive, and did not work hard. I’m one of the people who feels the NBA is rigged, so I think LBJ threw the game just because the PHX-LA series doesn’t start until Monday, and they need to have more games until then to prolong there drame. Just my take though.

Well, everyone has good games and bad games. LeBron cant be a superstar every game. The media is poking at him for his poor performance. Don’t be like the media…

If he truly had a bad game, then I don’t care. But the thing you gotta understand is the NBA is business first, so why not have a Game 7 when the rest of the series were duds? It keeps drama going on until the WCFs start. I’m not saying he quit on Mike Brown or on the Cavs, he can have a bad game by all means, but that LeBron looked like he was holding back for some reason…

The lakers will beat phoenix and win the finals again…that’s all I have to say about this.

I want Phoenix to win. Nash deserves a ring.
