I’m currently in the process of applying at NCSSM and my dad has a friend who’s daughter attends there. From what I’ve heard, not only do your grades and academic achievements count, but so do your extracurricular activities. They want to see things like being able to stay away from home, because over 30 students have dropped out already from being homesick. This guy’s daughter was second in her class and she got admitted while the guy who was top of her class at her school wasn’t. This should say something already. I’m extremely nervous but I think that if approached with confidence, you’ll be able to get in. Someone12, what’s the reason why you want to go? I’m just curious.
