Future NCSSM students check this website. Former NCSSM students, too. Parents of NCSSM students. Parents of future NCSSM students… So why not NCSSM faculty? LOL</p>

<p>i know people said the discovery day test was easier than i would expect but it was still way easier than i expected and im so glad that’s over i feel so relieved

<p>Also I’m pretty sure I’ve asked this before but is anyone still having trouble submitting a transcript through CFNC… like if your school uses powerschool? I talked to my counselor and she said she told the other person to send a copy of my transcript to NCSSM but I’m not sure if she actually did or not and if it will arrive in time… sigh this is just so stressful </p>
<p>Well my school is using PowerSchool and it sent my transcript fine. But we haven’t been out of power or anything like that either, if that has something to do with it. </p>
<p>@loltired Yeah, my school uses powerschool and when I submitted my transcript through CFNC it didn’t have this year’s grades. I filled out a transcript request form in my school, and I think they’re sending NCSSM a paper copy. I’m not sure if it’s actually been mailed yet though D: </p>
<p>@loltired My school can’t submit transcripts electronically through CFNC, so my counselor is just mailing a hard copy.</p>
<p>If you guys attempted sending it through CFNC and it didn’t work, you should call them and tell them that you are sending a paper copy just in case in doesn’t get there in time. They will see that you aren’t just blowing it off.</p>

<p>I got my counselor to mail a hard copy but I just figured out why CFNC wasn’t working… apparently I had my middle school linked (because we all made accounts in 8th grade) and deleting it fixed it. One less thing to worry about, hoorray!</p>

<p>@songbird13 I wish! I did FLL in middle school, but we don’t have a FIRST team here and I couldn’t get anyone to do it with me. :’( That is one of the reasons I want to get in. There aren’t any opportunities to do things here, because their is NOTHING. We used to have a SEMMA program in the next county over and the only reason I got to do FLL was because I went to a charter school. My HS now only has TWO clubs, film club and national junior honors society. We also have a student council, but I was only allowed to run for class representative, and I wasn’t elected because a girl brought candy and everyone voted for her. SORRY FOR THE RANT GUYS. Its just so frustrating.
