I posted a thread earlier and didn't get a response so i thought i'd try again.

I was wondering if anyone has any insight into the difference between lehigh and ursinus for a neurosciene major/pre-med.

I'm not sure how they differ, and right now all i see is a school with a good name that i really like (lehigh) and a school that's not well-known but good for the sciences that i have an 18,000/yr. scholarship to.

Any insights would be appreciated.

Either school will be fine for pre-med. It matters more what you do with your time in college than what college you go to for medical school. The name doesn't matter, so base your decision on where you'll be happiest and do well.

Yep, the Lehigh name is definitely more well known, but in the medical community - Ursinus makes them smile.

okay good. thanks for your advice. i actually just made my decision a couple days ago, and I'm going to Ursinus : ) (i'm smiling too).

Emily2007 is correct.
