My child will be a freshman at Mizzou in the journalism program. When we visited the campus one of the journalism students said its a good idea to have a car as the students go down to the newspaper and TV station but that there is no public transportation. Wondering if anyone has any experience with this and does my child really need a car in the freshman year. Thanks!
