<p>Last housing post from me!
Hey,
My name's Andrew Hsu and I'll be an incoming freshman at Cal. I NEED a roommate to split costs with! I found this really nice/new single bedroom with a kitchen, bathroom, etc for about 1500. I have already received an offer to live with three juniors, but I have to decide by tonight at about 6:30. So please, if you're interested in meeting up please call me at 805-618-8132 and hopefully it can solve both of our housing issues. Once again, call ASAP if you need a roommate!
A bit about myself: I'm a Santa Barbara, CA native, an ME major, really outgoing, plan to spend lots of time studying but also would definitely want some time/room to relax and hang out with friends. I'm usually pretty friendly with everyone, so although I'd prefer to live with people like me, I'm really open to anyone. <p>Sorry, good point. I’m just kind of in a rush. It’s on Oxford and Berkeley Way, leased by Berkeley Apartments, right next to the west entrance of Cal (it’s literally a few buildings away from Yali’s Oxford Cafe). For those of you who don’t know the area, it’s next to University Ave (where Berkeley extension is)… basically west/northside.</p>

<p>good luck finding someone. Your offer’s really good, but I really want to live in dorms my first year. I might need a roommate when I look for an apartment next year though. I would just take the offer with the junior if it’s only for one semester. btw, how would you live in separate rooms with a girl if it’s only one bedroom?</p>
