<p>Yes, I-290 took a hit from the Ryan closure. I can't figure it out, either, but a trib chart showed the impact, and it was huge, because things were so bad to begin with.</p>
<p>Of course it did. I-290 IN feeds into the Ryan, and as such, it would get clogged. I-290 is always terrible anyway, I hate the Eisenhower a lot.</p>
