Hello, I was wondering if anyone thought I would have a chance of getting into either University of Rhode Island, Northeastern or Mass College of Pharmacy. I am a junior and go to a private high school, my GPA is a 3.7 and SAT scores are 1800, but am taking them again this Saturday and hoping for a higher score. I have maintained a job since the age of 9 and as soon as I turn 18, I am going to apply for a job as a Pharmacy Technician (it is allowed in the state of Mass and at CVS they will train me). I have also participated in sports year round; swimming, boxing, soccer. I have gone to many different countries to help in global community service trips: last year I went to Ghana to help build a school for children and visited many orphanages. Thank you.

I’m assuming you are applying to the PharmD programs at Northeastern and URI? Those are pretty competitive and an 1800 on your SATs puts you borderline, especially for Northeastern. I’d say your chances at MCP are probably better. If you manage to get a 1900+ then you’ll probably be fine though.
