Need Advise - Thinking of Transfering from Mech. to Industrial engineering/Business

I just transferred to Univeristy at Buffalo from a CC and have been struggling since the beginning of the semester. Im in my sophomore year in Mechanical Engineering and want to know if it would be wise to change to a "easier" major like Industrial or perhaps to even Business/Finance. I realized there is just way too much physics involved in engineering and I have hard time grasping the concepts in some of my classes like Dynamics and Mech. of Materials. I have checked the Industrial Engineering curriculum at my school and doesn't seem to involve lot of physics related classes.

B.S. in Industrial Engineering - UB Industrial and Systems Engineering

But correct me if Im wrong here. Would I be better off in Industrial Engineering or should I just transfer into Business or Accounting?

Bump. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m in the ISE Grad program @ UB. AFAIK, the undergrads here need to take some physics based engineering courses (I believe Statics and Dynamics, possibly Thermodyanmics too). I recommend you switch to IE instead of business/accounting. If you really switched though, I’d recommend accounting. PM me if still have more q.
