<p>I’m just wondering, for anyone on here who got in but didn’t get any academic scholarships (from the Admissions office), what kind of need-based grants did you get? What was your EFC?</p>
<p>On the College Board site they said average need-based grants were about $13.5k.</p>
<p>I’m waiting to hear back (transfers don’t until May 1st) and I’m freaking out with nervousness.</p>
<p>I don't know if this will help you or give you an idea about their need based aid but my EFC was only around $5000 and they said I didn't even qualify for need based aid. Granted my mom owns her own business and quite often people are suspicious that people who own their own business don't report some money they make so that could have factored in. Despite that I feel I should have gotten need based aid but didn't However they gave me a nice chunk of change for merit so maybe you can get that. Either way good luck with what comes.</p>
