need-blind schools that also meet 100% of need?

i'm helping a friend get her act together. she has mediocre high school stats and will be enrolling in a community college either for the spring or next fall. we're trying to figure out what schools she should be looking at for after so that she knows what pre-reqs to complete. i don't think she has a major in mind at the moment, but the financial part is really important for her, so please list any and all schools you know that fit the need-blind, 100% need met thing.

i'll start with my own school: cornell

thanks!

Boston College is need-blind and meets 100% of need, but a portion of the financial aid package (usually a few thousand dollars of it per annum) comes in loans.

Wellesley. I think Rice, Vanderbilt, and Emory do. Of course, policies at any of these schools could change if schools are still having endowment troubles.
