I am looking for the best LACs I can get into with my credentials in the northeast and midwest. I plan to go pre med with a major in microbiology or cellular biology.

you should really check out Cornell College in iowa - Cornell follows a block plan - students only take one class at a time for three and a half weeks.

The college has been named one of 40 colleges that change lives by Loren Pope,
and the new York times named it one of 20 stealth powerhouses in higher education
The Princeton review ranks it in the top 20 for professors are accessible and class discussion encouraged.
Recently Cornell has been ranked the 21 best LAC in the nation by Forbes.

St. Mary’s College of Maryland is a public honors LAC. I think you have a shot at getting in if you get a higher score on your ACT. About 26% of the attending students have a lower GPA than you.
