Need help choosing classes

I’m an incoming freshmen and I wasn’t able to attend orientation, so I need some help with what I should take.
I’m a Computer Science major and I passed 7 AP tests including AB Calc, Stats, Lit
First of all, i want to know what math course should I take. Also, should I take any CS related courses my first quarter? I’d appreciate any other suggestions as well.

Also, my pass 2 appointment is coming up (Sep. 2) and I’m wondering if I can still get into most of the (recommended) freshmen classes.

On last thing: Can I see a counselor or an adviser before the registration deadline? Or how does counseling work at UCD?

Any help will definitely be appreciated. Thanks.

[CS Sample Schedule, Computer Science Major, Department of Computer Science](Undergraduate)
That’s supposedly a four year plan that you can follow. It looks really less. Unless I’m missing something >_<

Did you take the math placement test? If you did, you would most likely be recommended into 21A unless you passed the AP Calc AB exam with a 4 or 5, then you can take 21B. But they will still recommend 21A in the system, so it’s up to you. I chose 21A instead of 21B.

Thanks for the link.
Yea, I’m probably going to take 21A.

And what’s the “Sci Req” in the CS sample schedule? Which class should I take for this?
