Need help ranking my list of schools.

<p>Ok, so I'm somewhat positive that I can get into these schools, but if I don't thats why there's others on the list. And thats where I need help, ranking them. I'm going for mechanical engineering and to play rugby. </p>

<p>Here are the top four schools on my list:
Oregon State
Texas Tech
West Virginia
Arizona State</p>

<p>Any help or input on ranking them and why would be helpful.
And I don't really care about size.</p>

<p>Are you in-state for any of them? Can your parents afford OOS rates?</p>

<p>Money isn’t a problem… and I live in Illinois so none of them are in-state.
I am also considering Southern Illinois University and Northern Illinois University if that helps but I’d prefer to go to one of the four I already mentioned.</p>
