<p>so I applied as an EOP applicant. And then they sent me an additional EOP form which I filled and sent back and they had emailed me saying that my application was complete. However like 2 weeks later they email me saying I have a missing part. i go to the status checker and see i'm missing a form called EOP Miscellaneous 1. I cant find EOP Miscellaneous 1 anywhere!
Please some one tell me where I can find it. I believe it has something to do with property values.</p>
