Hi, I'm a Senior in NY state who submitted applications to five SUNY schools about a month ago: Binghamton, Albany, Oneonta, New Paltz, and Purchase. I did not apply EOP, but I have a feeling my guidance counselor may have submitted me as such, because I've gotten letters back from a number of them saying I'm either not elligible because my GPA is too high or that I need to submit further information. The problem is, I didn't even know I was applying EOP; my guidance counselor didn't tell me. I think the deadline for applications is the 15th. What can I do? Since the bulk of my applications are in, would it be okay if I'm late with the EOP supplemental information?

Thanks for the help.

there are gpa and sat requirements. i dont know how you can exempt from those, but i think it might be easier to exempt from income requirements

Thanks.

Does anyone know about the deadlines though?

I think the schools are telling you that you are just not eligible through the EOP program (had you been admitted this route you most likely would have gotten free tuition). I don't think that it means you were not eligible to admission period

Find out if your application then goes throught he straight RD process

what exactly is the eop supplemental information?

Well, I remember that Binghamton for instance asked for additional financial information.
