Help! How do my recommender sent his recommendation? he said he emailed the recommendation letter but it was not accepted and he recieved an email requesting him to send the letter ONLINE.To send the letter online he said he has to login at the recommender’s area,but there is no signup option on the menu! WHERE IS THE SIGNUP OPTION???
