need help with grading convert

<p>my former school system use a different grading system from US school
it is like this :
8.0 - 10 = A
6.5 - 7.9 = B
5.0 - 6.4 = C</p>

<p>But the problem is i don't know where to find an OFFICIAL convert chart for my application. Do you know where i can get it?</p>

<p>There is no such thing as an official convert chart. Don't worry, adcoms now better what a 9.5 is versus what an A is.</p>
