<p>What are the exact instructions for mailing teacher recommendations and what kind of envelopes are required, and what is the exact mailing address? I haven't completed the application online so I haven't gotten all the extra forms, but I just want to send out my teacher evaluations/ recommendations so I can get those out of the way.</p>
