I am currently enrolled as a freshman at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Although this is a college with a great reputation, I want to expand my knowledge elsewhere (preferably bigger and in a city). I am also undecided in my major, but am strongly leaning towards economics. I have applied to UPenn, Bowdoin, BC, Vanderbilt, and Georgetown. My GPA in my first semester here was a 3.83, and was about an 86 at a challenging prep school. Does anyone have an opinion on my chances of transferring? Any other colleges i should look at?

why not tufts?

Great school, near boston, my son loves it!

i find bc to be more appealing to me. I feel like bc is a better bet of accepting transfer students as well, so i never looked at tufts. Thanks for the suggestion though!
