Hello,

I'm new to the forum kind of. Anyway I'm a junior (HS) now and I've been searching for colleges since 8th grade. I'm an native South Carolinian. I'm pretty much willing to go out of state... on the east coast. I want a college with diversity and a good balance between social and academics. Eclectic is a good word to describe me. Here's my stats and stuff

ECs

+Band- since fifth grade. First Trumpet now Euphonium. I'm in Marching band, Wind Ensemble, and jazz band. Most likely I'll hold some sort of leader position next year like brass captain or drum major. 5-12

+Student Council- Since 10th grade. I'm now Junior class president. Next year I'm running for Student Body Prez. 10-12

+Yearbook- since 10th grade. 1 of four editors. 10-12

+Academic Bowl- since 9th grade. Going to be captain as a senior. 9-12

+Interact- (Community Service) My first year doing this. 11-12

I have had a job since my sophomore year (Atlanta Bread Company) I work on average about 15 to 20 hours a week.
I also write for my city paper here in Charleston. High School Teen Journalism project.
As for grades...
By the end of this year I should have a 3.6-3.7 GPA.
I took the SAT this Winter...didn't go well
560 CR
450 M
520 Writing
I'm definitely taking it again at the end of this year though.
I took one AP class 10th grade, Human Geo (received a grade of 4. and I'm taking two this year (AP Lang and Comp and AP USH). Senior year I'll be taking about five (AP Lit, AP Music Theory, AP Gov, AP Econ, and AP Euro)

I know it's long, thanks in advanced,
