Need some info/chances please

So I'm attending my first semester of college at a local community college (North Country Community College), and I hate it. I really want to transfer to Buffalo for the Spring semester, but I am unsure whether or not I can submit my midterm grades as part of my application.

My highschool stats:
GPA: 82/100 or 2.7-3.0?
SAT Reading: 530
SAT Math: 550
SAT Writing: 430

I know these are pretty low, but I have all straight A's at NCCC right now so I'm hoping that will make a big difference if I can send my midterm grades, because I won't have my final grades for the semester until after the deadline to apply for Spring.

Also, My regents exam scores were overall pretty awesome. I have no idea why I got such a low grade on the reading and writing sections as I got a 98 on the English regents with a perfect score on the essay part, and the majority of my regents exams and finals are in the 90s. All of my math regents exams were also 85 or higher. I just suck at taking the SAT.

My college stats so far:
Math 129: 100
English 101: 98
Physics 101: 93
Music 116(Jazz): 95
Sociology 101: 93

tl;dr:
I did bad in highschool and on the SAT but am doing great at my community college, but I'm only half way through my first semester. Can I send them my midterm grades? If so, what are my chances? I want to major in computer science.
