Need some options for a mom to present to daughter

Am helping out a mom I met online who needs some anonymity. Her D is at a state school for theatre. Is interested in MT. Shes been told, current school is NOT a good place for MT. I will say its not on any list and hasn’t been spoke about on here so I might concur. Her daughter would like to try a new school. Would like a school with sports, sororities, and good academics. Not interested in a conservatory. She is from the greater NY area and would like to move away (is currently about 7 hours away). An ideal situation would be a BA in MT or a BA in Theatre possibly with a minor or can just take some MT classes and can audition for musicals. They are not prepared for audition season (I know…just remember that not everyone knows what we all know) so maybe a program where there is no audition. But if one doesn’t exist, lets let her know! So…would love some school suggestions based on criteria above and please let me know if audition is required. Thanks!!!

@fairlyoddmom In looking at the list of schools by type of program (http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/musical-theater-major/1335445-big-list-of-mt-colleges-by-program-type-p1.html) I’d say University of Nebraska, University of Akron, University of Tulsa and UNLV all would be non-audition schools with Division 1 sports (football/basketball and more). Not sure about sororities, but I would assume at such big schools. Academics probably average to below average.
