Need ur advice

Im so confused at the moment. At first I plan to take SAT 2: Math 1, Math 2, US History but then someone told me that If u take 3 different subjects like Math 2C, Physics, US History, admission will be more appreciated. Personally, Im not good at Physics, just fine and also im non-US student so im just a beginner to US History. I want 2 ask u guys for solvin' this problem, should i do plan B: taking 3 differents ?

I didn't even know colleges counted the SATII Math 1 as an eligible subject test. If you plan on taking 2c then there's no point in taking 1, so I'd go with Physics C (or B) in place of it.

If you're new to US history I would really recommend taking a different subject test, as the SAT II US History one is pretty thorough and covers a large period of time. It's a bit hard to study for without actually taking a prep class for it (APUSH or something). Why not take Math 2c, Physics C or B, and something else like a foreign language, or Chemistry/Biology?

I'd second that. If you're good at English, try Lit, it's a good test, well respected, a bit tough, but very non-prepable.

Chem/Bio would be a good idea, Math IC and Math IIC looks a bit shaky.

Math IC and Math IIC looks a bit stupid.

Don't take IC, it's useless.

If you're good at it, take Lit. You can't prepare for it though, you have to have had years of good English classes.

There are foreign language ones if you're good at a foreign language. I remember thinking to myself, I should have tried the Chinese test! when I found out they write all the questions and answers in traditional Chinese, simplified, bopomofo, and pinyin. I cheated my way through Chinese school with bopomofo. B)

though im new to US History, im really interested in this subject. I apply in Fall 2008 maybe i take UH in November so 7 months to go, what do u guys think ?
