This is my first thread, so bear with me - i'm slightly confused as i'm typing this.

I already applied to colleges, but I never submitted any SAT subject tests. Do you think that it will kill my chances of entering a college?? I'm worried I won't get in to most places because I didn't submit any. I submitted my ACT and here are my scores:
Math: 33, Science: 32, English: 32, Reading: 33

Do you think I will have a disadvantage?
Thank you.

It depends on the colleges to which you applied. Majority of colleges do not even consider subject tests for admission. Only 30 actually require them and some of those accept ACT in lieu of both SAT and subject tests. Others either recommend or consider subject tests. Go to the following site for a list of colleges that require, recommend or consider subject tests. In the required column if you see an * next to the 2, that indicates the colleges accepts ACT in lieu of both SAT and subject tests: [Compass: Admissions Requirements](<a href=“SAT Subject Test Requirements and Recommendations - Compass Education Group”>SAT Subject Test Requirements and Recommendations - Compass Education Group)
If you in fact applied to a college that requires subject tests even if you submit ACT then you can be rejected solely because you failed to meet the admission requirements.

i think you are at a disadvantage… sat 2’s are designed to test kids equally in their skills in a particular subject. if colleges had to choose between you and someone with 800 in a sat 2 of your desired major subject and similar academics… ooh thats an easy choice then isnt it
