Need your opinion on two questions

<p>Here are my stats:</p>

<p>-I have a 3.9 unweighted gpa.
-Taken AP Lit, English, physics (only a B though), bio, psych and plan to take chem as a senior.
but my highest ACT composite was a only 28. I did score a 31 in English/writing and reading but only a 27 in math and 26 in science.
-scored a 10 on the writing all three times took the test.
-participate in 3 sports
-work as a camp counselor for special needs students 1 week for past two summers</p>

<p>Question 1: What are my chances at a high reach school such as U of Chicago or Vanderbilt?</p>

<p>Question 2: How closely do admissions counselors look at the writing score on ACT?</p>
