Neptune or lake claire apartments

So im trying to decide between the two and heard pros and cons of both. But haven't seen ethier in person

I no netune is newer and nicer condition wise but tiner and isolated

Ive heard lake claire is old and run down but spacious and social

Add others! Let me jo what your think. Freshman tis fall

Live out of state and cant vivist till fall

I have been in both, and Lake Claire is amazing. Plus, you get a parking pass, which is nice to have if you bring a car. It’s also got a lake (Lake Claire, lol) that is nice to hang out by. Its certainly not run down.

I don’t know the price difference, for some reason I can’t find Lake Claire on the costs page, but unless its significant to you, go with Claire for the added space. Its really important when it comes to feeling like you have space. I stayed with my aunt, who lived there 2 years ago, for a few days and two people staying in the one room wasn’t claustrophobic at all!

Cool thanks !!

I have several friends that go to UCF and Neptune and Lake Claire are both suppose to be nice. Lake Claire is apartment style living, Neptune is private bedrooms in a shared suite. Neptune is really new and nice, it is by Lake Nerites(I believe) and close to the gym, intramural fields, and Nike and Hercules. Neptune and Lake Claire have limited spaces available compared to the other communities. Several friends have told me they feel Nike/Hercules are probably the most social. Hope this helps…

Im in the same predicament. I dont know whether to choose lake claire or neptune?

i think the best is to do one for summer and one for fall so u can try both. personaly neptune is awesome but own kitvhen is very nice and convient
