Those credentials will get you in most anywhere, including all universites in Florida. At FSU, easily admitted, Honors, extra scholarships. :)

If you're interested in Med School, look at the FSU Honors Medical Scholars Program...plus undergraduate research.

Now we are talking 1490/1600 SAT, correct?

See >>> FSU Med School

Must say though, you'd still have to apply early for those scholarships...they are first come, first served and do go fast.

Thank you :-)

I'm actually going into the bio major for premed :-) I'm not sure how it works at FSU but at marquette they make you start off with a regular major in science and then later you go into pre-med.

Honestly, if you apply and get into FSU Med under that Honors Medical program as a freshman I'd think long and hard about turning that down. Science majors are hard enough as is, much less excelling at them as you must do to keep the grades for med school admissions. Then you have the mcat, which is designed to winnow the applicants down further. To have all that out of the picture as an undergrad would be a blessing.

Admissions at FSU med are only going to be more competitive with time. I wish my daughter would have had that opportunity available to her...she's now in senior level chem and studying for the mcat...it's not easy.

ur in :)
trustttttt me

Hopefully!! =]

Your stats profile lists your SAT score as an 1170. Did you forget to update it? With your GPA and class rank, you should get into FSU but I do not know if the SAT will affect your application.

no I didnt update it, thanks. I have a 1490 not a 1170
