<p>I got in ED and was wondering if i should have already recieved a net id or if i'll get it in the next few weeks. Also do we have to wait till we recieve the housing forms to apply or should i apply for housing online? Single or double? Wheres the best place to live?</p>

<p>You will get your NetID after you deposit...those are sent to you from Cornell IT.</p>
<p>ED people had to send their deposit in January so it's not tied to receipt of deposit but I imagine anyone accepted ED will get their ID at the same time as RD people.</p>
<p>I think you just apply for housing online, according to what I saw on the admitted students website.</p>

<p>your netID is the last letters and #s in your appID. Just take out the "app08-"</p>

<p>Some people on facebook have had Cornell emails for a while, because in Cornell Summer college they gave everyone temporary email addresses.</p>
<p>Net IDs are separate from the Big Case.</p>
<p>So when should us ED kids expect to get the Net ID?</p>
<p>According to the website, it says that they will start sending them on april 1st as the deposits come in. So , I am guessing that we should get our soon.</p>
