Hello!
I am an international student from Ukraine looking for a more affordable education. I'm a national English competition winner, I have an SAT score of 2160 and a 10/12 GPA. Also I'm taking a gap year working as an ESL teacher.
My search for colleges/universities with a focus on humanities that offer merit-based scholarships has come to the choice between university colleges in the Netherlands( the equivalent of an American LAC) and Canadian universities.
Could anyone tell me which country is better to study at? I would also appreciate if you could share any knowledge you have of the topic, such as any alternatives or particularly good schools.

Thank you for your time.
