<p>brown is deff up there in both fields (they started neuro major after all), Hopkins is deff up there. Dunno about the tech schools, some of the larger research state schools would prbly be big here, also stanford, mit, cmu, the top tech schools maybe?</p>
<p>MIT and Stanford both have outstanding EE programs and outstanding neuroscience programs.</p>
