i am a high school senior who will be attending college in the fall of 2010. i know that i don't have to declare my major right away, but i'd like to be at least 70% sure of what i'm getting myself into.

my plan to attend pharmacy school after i get my BS in either biochemistry or neuroscience, but i don't know which one to take.

i feel that biochem is a highly appropriate course for a future pharmacy student. however, i am not particularly fond of chemistry, and math isn't my strongest subject. neuroscience, to me, is more interesting than biochem, thus motivating me to excel in the courses.

my dilemma is that i'm leaning more towards neuroscience, but i feel like biochem would give me better prep for pharmacy school, even though i'm kind of nervous about the advanced chem and calc courses necessary for a biochem major.

any advice supporting either major would be great! thanks.
