I want to double degree in Neuroscience and an Engineering Discipline. I am very interested in Computer Engineering however I hear Electrical Engineering is more compatible with Neuroscience. I had an interest in Biomedical Engineering but it turned out not being what I thought out it would be.

Electrical Engineering is much more of a broad engineering field than CE.
What classes have you already taken? and have you picked next semester too?
First year in an engineering program likely has the same core classes for both disciplines.
What drew you to biomedical engineering and what turned out to not be what you expected with it? That could give a better idea of what you’re looking for.
