How would you rate the neuroscience program at Binghamton? Are there courses on computational and cognitive neuroscience? Is it flexible? Are there research opportunities? Does it prepare well for grad school? Did you have a good experience? How does it compare to CUNY/Carleton? Thanks!
My DD is a neuroscience major going into her junior year. She has had a wonderful experience. She was in FRI-so that exposed her to lots of research and she continues to do independent study/research with the neuroscience professor. I can’t comment on comparison to the other schools.
We have a prospective U Binghamton neuroscience major, FRI and are looking for any pros/ cons. Has anyone transferred out of Bing to other schools? The location is not ideal for us unfortunately. Do students have successful acceptances into grad or medical school from this program? Thank you!
