<p>My D, a soprano and high school senior, has applied to the usual list of conservatories. She's auditioned for Peabody, Eastman, and NEC. She has an audition upcoming at Curtis. She wasn't invited to audition live at Juilliard or MSM. She's still waiting to hear from a few, and sent a recorded audition as her final to some, so she won't hear from them until April. She really loves everything about NEC and felt her audition there went very well. It feels like a good fit to her, and she loves the surrounding area as a music and cultural hub. How does NEC rank for vocal performance compared to other conservatories? How do their teachers rank? Anyone in particular she should request? Thanks for your help!</p>
