New Graduate student... help please!

<p>Hi guys and girls,</p>

<p>I've been accepted and I'm planning to go to Georgia Tech starting this fall (2010) and would like for you to give me some help regarding academics, how to register, when to do it, if I will be assigned an advisor from the get go... in short, need help regarding what are my next steps now that I've accepted the offer.</p>

<p>For you to know and in case it helps for something, I will be doing a M.S. in E.C.E., I'm an International student and I received a Fulbright Scholarship (don't know if it makes any difference regarding academics)</p>

<p>You won’t be able to register until phase 2, which is in august. You can probably look at what courses are available now though. If I had just enough time to give you one sentence of advice (which I do) is that you should do everything as early as you can because the ECE department is super strict about deadlines.</p>
