<p>I am looking into transferring to either New Mexico State or Utah State to study aerospace engineering because of their participation in the Western Undergraduate exchange program which will allow me to not have to pay out-of-state tuition. Does anyone know if any of these programs are any good or well respected? NMSU's is pretty new and USU is only a Mechanical engineering degree with an aerospace emphasis. I don't know if either of these facts would be considered negatives</p>
